A good Italian restaurant in Wan Chai. Free appetizers buffet during Christmas, you could easily overeat before ordering anything. (No more after Christmas) Staff is friendly. Food is good and authentic. Good vibe.

I attended a birthday party on the Terrace and we had a lovely dinner with their Italian buffet consisting of Roast Chicken, Steak, Spaghetti Bolognese, Seafood pasta, fried bread, cheese boards and charcuterie. Their assortment of Italian wines complimented the meal. We danced our night away!

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at a charming Italian restaurant that truly captured the essence of romance. The atmosphere was cozy, with soft lighting and rustic decor, making it the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch.

Really great food, thoroughly enjoyed it. The Parma Ham on the pizza was especially delicious, and the base of the pizza wasn’t too heavy; expertly made. Also, the Tuna and Avocado starter was AMAZING; I thought the tastes worked really well together and it was beautifully presented. I think the service could’ve been a little better as a couple of times we were waiting a while to be served, but when we did get the service, it was five stars and couldn’t be faulted. DiVino Patio, located at Brim 28, is a contemporary Italian restaurant with al fresco seating featuring homemade pasta and pizza and a range of traditional treats. The staff asked if we wanted the starters and pizza to be served together and we were like why not? ◆Patio's Beef Carpaccio ◆1/2kg Stewed Clams Ordered one cold and one hot starter. The tender beef carpaccio was topped with tons of arugula, dried tomato slices and a bit of parmesan, with its taste enhanced by balsamic vinegar. Stewed clams were mildly seasoned, tossed with zucchini, garlic and chili pepper. ◆Picante Freshly-baked and served at the table efficiently before the starters. Savory spicy salami with melting mozzarella, always the best combo. ◆Tiramisu alla DiVino Patio Layered with rich and creamy mascarpone filling with espresso-dipped lady fingers. Served with refreshing raspberries and blueberries.

Great weekend lunch menu, worth it! The appetizer sizes are quite generous. The fried shrimp + calamari is nice crispy and not oily at all. The pasta texture is nice and chewy. We love sitting outside too.

1⃣ Bread Basket The grissini are long, light, and crispy, bursting with floury aroma. The baguette is delightful after dipping in balsamic vinegar. 2⃣ Italian Lorenzini Melon served with Signature San Daniele Ham DOK The Lorenzini melon is soft, juicy, and incredibly sweet. The San Daniele ham is tender, with a high fat content that melts in your mouth, leaving a truly satisfying aftertaste. 3⃣ Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Ginger, and Chives, Truffle Caviar The avocado is fresh, and the minced tuna is mixed with ginger puree and sprinkled with chives. However, the flavor is on the bland side, and the tuna contains some white connective tissue. The menu mentioned truffle caviar, but it was missing from the dish. 4⃣ Gragnano IGP Pennoni with Chickpeas, Prawns, and Fennel Pollen The dish would be better if the prawns were cut into larger pieces instead of tiny, nail-sized bits. It includes sliced mushrooms and zucchini, but overall, it’s just an average dish. 5⃣ Pizza "Carbonara" with Smoked Scamorza, Duck Eggs, and Crispy Bacon The pizza has a thin, crispy, chewy base, but the dough is unevenly spread. The scamorza cheese is semi-soft with a fantastic smoky flavor, slightly salty and milky. It’s evenly distributed, keeping the white-based pizza from feeling dry. The bacon crumbles are crunchy and add a savory touch. However, the speck is too intense, and with the large amount of olive oil drizzled on top, the oiliness and saltiness are overwhelming. 6⃣ Tiramisu The chocolate flan with ice cream was sold out, so it was replaced with tiramisu. The cocoa powder is sprinkled just before serving, preventing it from absorbing moisture and clumping together. 7⃣ Patio's Selection of Artisanal Ice Cream and Sorbet The sesame flavor stands out with its rich, nutty, toasty aroma. #DiVinoHK Nothing fancy, but good value and a great spot to sit and chat with friends all afternoon.
